These terms are an agreement between you and Example Ltd ("we") and govern your use of TweakThis. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You need an account to use TweakThis. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must be at least 18 years old.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing page; paid features stay on until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

You keep ownership of the content you store in TweakThis. You grant us the rights needed to host and display it for you. You can export or delete it by deleting your account.
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to consumer rights you have where you live.
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
